At siraé, we take great care in curating every product. As a small independent brand, all sales are currently final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
